Feeling Gratful

Living with cancer I needed to find ways to cope with the bad days.  Being Grateful has been one of the most important lessons I learned. It has truly helped me. It’s such a beautifully simple but incredibly powerful process, I do on a daily basis.

It is impossible to feel bad while you are feeling Grateful.

I take a few minutes throughout the day to feel grateful at least three times minimum. Today I am grateful for three simple things..

  1. The ability to sit outside on such a beautiful day and write this post.

  2. Living here in the beaches. So close to the water. Saying Good morning to people on the way to the beach.

  3. And Having the time to redesign my life.

I challenge you to try and feel bad while you are feeling Grateful. This simple thing gave me the strength to deal with my life on the bad days, so I continue to do it on a daily basis. It has truly helped me change my life’s outlook, and it’s a simple thing to do. Have an Amazing Day and always Carpe Diem ❤️🤟♻️
